1. Why place a deposit before the campaign starts?
To show our appreciation for your early trust and support, we're offering an exclusive discount for Flowtica. Simply pay a $2 deposit now to secure your VIP deal on our Kickstarter launch.
2. I've made a deposit but now I'm having second thoughts. What's the process for getting a refund?
If you no longer wish to purchase the product, you can request a refund for your deposit. Simply email info@flowtica.ai from the email address you used to reserve the discount, and we will process your refund within 7 working days.
3. Why should I need to use the same email address to place the deposit and place an order on Kickstarter?
To ensure a smooth refund process, we will match the Kickstarter email address to our pre-order list to verify if the Kickstarter backer has placed a deposit. Please make sure that the email address that you use to place the deposit order matches your Kickstarter account's email address.
4. How many deposit orders can I make?
Please make separate deposits for each unit you wish to purchase. Each deposit is valid for one Flowtica only. If you wish to purchase two or more products, you will need to make multiple deposits accordingly.
